Most recently known for his role as “Dad” to his two children, Lance previously worked on other less demanding projects, such as creating and starring in Spike TV’s “The Lance Krall Show,” and Vh1’s “Free Radio,” writing on “Breaking In,” “Last Man Standing,” and “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” Co-Executive Producing TruTV’s unscripted comedy, “Fameless,” and penning the William H Macy helmed feature film, “The Layover.” As an Executive Producer, Lance has had the pleasure of developing television alongside some of the industry’s top players, including Jerry Bruckheimer, Doug Robinson, Drew Barrymore, Laurence Fishburne, and Eric Tannenbaum.

Tara Ochs is an established writer, performer, producer and teacher in the Entertainment community of Atlanta. As its clear she is unable to pick a lane, she has instead become adept at identifying unique voices across the Southeastern region – from up-and-coming playwrights to hometown heroes. While her origins are in the comedy world, as an improviser at Dad’s Garage Theater, she has gone on to expand her work to include a host of Film and TV acting credits (including “Selma,” “Nashville,” “The Resident”). She even wrote and toured a one-woman show addressing social change and civil rights. Tara is a sought-after improv coach and comedy director for corporate clients like Home Depot, Oracle, Kimberly-Clark, Chik-fil-a and numerous other companies with a sense of humor.
